FOUNDER BIO
I’m Genesis Maple, though most people know me as Gen The Admin — a first-born daughter, strategist, and systems architect who’s been bringing order to chaos for as long as I can remember.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Spring Arbor University, and over the past 6 years, I’ve worked alongside founders, executives, and teams to help them create structure, strengthen systems, and scale with clarity. My background in communications taught me how to connect vision with organization — turning big ideas into practical, repeatable success.
I founded The G3 Agency to help organizations and leaders build the operational structure that sustains growth. Through our signature G3 Framework™ (Genesis · Goals · Growth), we streamline operations, strengthen teams, and create systems that support long-term success.
I’m also the creator of My Life Is Busy, a lifestyle and productivity brand built around my love for order, planning, and organization. (I’m the person who still gets excited about a new planner, a perfect meeting agenda, and a strong cup of coffee.)
